Since I’m going to be out of town soon – I’ve been trying to let Lynn put the girls to bed so as to minimize disruption to their routine.
Tonight I hid in the bathroom until I thought Claire was asleep after Lynn tucked her in. (Actually, I was taking a nice hot relaxing bath behind a locked door. Oh the sacrifices I make for the children!)
I quietly opened the bathroom door to tiptoe out, and standing smack dab in front of me is a grinning dancing Claire wearing my sunglasses.
“I been here for you. Come on mommy, snuggle me”
So that’s where I am. Holding a wild, sweet, sleeping little girl.
Here’s some farm pics that Lynn took today. He’s harvesting wheat and baling the straw this week.
